Ang POV ko sa nagdadoubt kay Gerald ay Ibelieve that he really love Kim in real sense of the word. KIM is a very good "catch" as Gerald's Dad said. Well, everybody knows that KIM has a midas touch, that everything she endorses turns into gold. Somebody even said that she's a goose that lays golden eggs. Without KIM in ILYG, I don't think it will be #3 in the MMFF.

Gathering from all of these comments and questions about Gerald's sincerity of his intentions for Kim, I can only conclude that we all care for Kim's welfare, because we all love and care for her as well, and this is a good thing, but in all fairness to the one person who is, I think, head over heels for her - Gerald, I think he deserves more than all these doubts.
I have only been a fan for the last 2 years and in those 2 years, I have always seen and heard Gerald's sincere profession of true love and admiration for this incredible young lady. I'm sure you all have witnessed him do these in all their countless interviews and appearances,and whenever this topic presents to him. Regarding Gerald's pasts, let bygones be bygones. What matters most, is the present. I'm sure Gerald is man enough to be true to his words and with him saying and admitting that Kim is the only woman in his heart besides his mom is just the assurance we need right now. This very revelation is difficult to profess specially in the presence of millions of people watching and listening. Botttomline, I think Gerald is sincere to Kim and it's really a big loss if Kim pass this up and not recognize a great person in front of her.

I agree with Aunt Lucie, just because Gerald got good looks he is been branded as "babaero" or will only make Kim cries. No man will propose his love in front of millions of people if his feelings is not true.

Sila na nga talaga! Si Kim hindi lang makaexpress ng real words to say but her comments and actions speak of love for Gerald. I am really sure Gerald is sincere in saying or professing his love to Kim.
Sa tingin ko while Kim is alone in Manila being her folks are in Cebu, Gerald is the closest person na nag aalaga kay Kim. Parang baby niya at sweetheart at the same time si Kim.Nandiyan si Gerald sa tabi ni Kim in good and bad times. While si Gerald, bestfriend ni Kim and a person she is leaning to on anything. Malaki ang role ni Gerald sa buhay ni Kim starting at her 16th year onward. Kaya being there for each other, parang iisa lang ang gulong ng buhay nila. One is empty without the other. Kaya very strong ang foundation nila. Sabi ni Kim, hindi sila nag aaway,meaning they really respect and believe in each other.
Talagang mahirap kakayanin pagwala ang isa, I feel yun ang totoo, ang sinasabi ni Kim. Kaya makita mo sa mga mata ni Kim ang feelings niya noong sinasabi niya na hindi niya makakayanan kung sila ang magkakalayo.

I love Kim and Gerald! I'm their no. 1 fan here in San Jose, CA. They're such a cute couple, both humble and hard working.
