Gerald Anderson consistently proves to Kim Chiu that he’s ready for a relationship

Gerald Anderson said on The Buzz yesterday that his feelings for on screen partner Kim Chiu is deeper than what Kim has for him. “Kasi hindi pa siya (Kim) handa, so ginagawa kong lahat like pinapakita ko sa kanya na I’m ready talagang handa (at) ako maghihintay ako,” explained Gerald.

When host Kris Aquino asked Kim what is holding her back from entering a relationship with Gerald, the chinita actress reasoned out that they both have other priorities other than a love life and that she wants both of them to enjoy life while they are still young. “Masaya naman kami sa isa’t isa at masaya kung ano’ng meron kami ngayon,” said Kim.

Three days before the opening day of their second movie together, Paano Na Kaya?—which opens on January 27—Kim admitted that it was only yesterday (January 24, Sunday) morning that they finished everything, like last-minute shooting and dubbing and that she feels finally relieved that the major bulk of their work is finally over. She however hopes that viewers will watch their film. “At least nakahinga na tayo, at last tapos na ang lahat-lahat ng pagod. Sobra kaming nagpi-pray ni Gerald na sana mag-hit sana ‘yung pelikula,” hoped Kim.

Gerald said that despite the pressure for their film to be a top-grosser, he said that he is confident that they won’t be disappointed because their movie has good material and that they gave their best in doing it.
