Kim Chiu insists that Gerald Anderson is not yet her boyfriend
Rachelle Siazon ( ABS-CBN Interactive ) 10.13.09Kim Chiu was one of the stars who took part in the very successful Magic For A Cause, the Star Magic charity fashion show at the ABS-CBN compound last October 11. In between costume changes, ABS-CBN.com got the chance to talk to Kim who wore a Bench ensemble by Noel Manapat and then an Inno Sotto gown for her final walk. “Masaya ako dahil at least makakatulong ako sa mga nasalanta ng bagyo. Excited din ako dahil minsan lang ako nakakasama sa mga fashion show na tulad nito kasi nga lagi akong busy sa soap,” she began.
The young actress also pledged a large sum to Sagip Kapamilya which she preferred not to disclose. “Naku, naku ‘wag na nating ipaalam sa kanila, basta may itinulong ako. Siyempre may kasabihan nga sila na share your blessings. Hindi naman problema kung gaano kalaki yung binigay mo dahil babalik naman sa ’yo yun,” she beamed.
Aside from her nonstop projects at the Kapamilya network, showbiz insiders say that the reason Kim is noticeably happy these days is because of her long-time onscreen partner Gerald Anderson. It seems that they are finally past the “mutual understanding” stage since they have often been seen together at social functions like the Star Magic ball, Tayong Dalawa’s farewell party and at the recently-concluded fashion show. “Nung huling cast party ng Tayong Dalawa ano, magkatabi lang naman kami, nasa gilid ko siya nakaupo. Actually masaya naman kaming lahat nun, nasobrahan nga sa saya e,” she recalled.
Kim also denied the rumors that Gerald is already her boyfriend. “Naku may ganon ba? Nakakatakot naman! Hindi naman. Siguro gusto lang namin ang isa’t isa pero ayoko lang na maging officially kami. Hindi naman namin nira-rush yung mga bagay-bagay. Pero I’m sure darating yung tamang panahon na pwede na kaming magkaroon ng seryosong relasyon.”
Nevertheless, she admitted that they have gotten closer than ever because of Tayong Dalawa. “Sa ngayon hindi kami palagi nagkikita dahil hindi pa nagsisimula yung shoot ng movie namin. Nitong mga nakaraang buwan kasi hindi kami masyado nagkasama dahil medyo iba yung sched ko sa sched niya. Busy siya sa Tiagong Akyat tapos ako may movie kasama si Angelica Panganiban. So siguro kapag nagsimula kaming magtrabaho ulit mas may time na kaming makapag-bonding,” she simply stated.
KIM, for me as a MOM, its okey your both responsible and a role model to the young generation. You know in SHOWBIZ WORLD, the inrigues is always there to destroy a good relationship, so be strong nad trust each other always. And both of you are still young, concentrate on your goals and career, 4 years from now if GERALD is still there, then you are really destine for each other. I think both of you, have the same aim in life. Your "FAME" and opportunity knocks only once so make the most of it. Now is the time to "SHINE". As you said you cannot deny that you really like each other. Your fans around the world would be happy in the future to see you together for the rest of your life. I would suggest star cinema or abs-cbn people to strike while the iron is hot, this young couple is super popular and hot, why not produce more soaps and movies for the 2 of them, why break their love team now? isn't it odd to break their love team now that everybody is clamoring for them...especially that business is hard nowadays. I agree with you 11:12 PM, why SC would venture in something not profitable, and this KIMERALD is the most bankable on these days.Like me, I fall in love with the tandem of this two. When TD is finished, I felt sad and my evening is boring, because I don't like anymore the teleserye's without them.So I just surf on PBBTE youtube and watch English Movies that I like in my DVD. I know if they have the movie or teleserye, for sure it will box office hit and the rating is always the highest and no.1. Hope MR. M, will give them projects together since if they are pair with others it will not click, sayang lang. Give them another year baka at that time sawa na ang fans at open na sila to support them separately. WE love this two, and we are ready to support them all the way.

Looking at KIM,still not ready but GERALD has really a "special" part of her life,knowing how they want to make each other happy by exchanging expensive gifts, etc & be with each other on their free time and GE, saying "I Love You" to KIM everyday, how can a girl refuse a guy such so thoughful and caring, but they have priorities in life and one thing, they're both too young and KIM being the MOM & DAD of her family, so lets wait 4 years from now, but for now as we see it, they really like each other and KIM admitted that she is only waiting for the right time to be in that serious level. KIMMY its hard to be committed to a person whom, you don't know very well, for almost 4 years, with Ge, as you said you are always happy. Based on my experience married for more than 20 years, its not always a bed of roses, there are ups and down, but my husband is a God fearing person, we pray together and share our mistakes and start all over again and it really takes two, to make it work out. As he said, with the trials we became more stronger and a foundation that is build on rock, that cannot be destroyed by anyone, even he stayed miles away from us due to work assignments. Iam not a fan of Kim but bec. of Gerald admiration and sincere love to her i cannot watch him with any LL in his other solo proj. I watch them, but when w/ d LL comes out I ff my TFC. Cla lang talaga ang bagay sa isa't isa. It feels like happiness when they r 2gether. I love seeing their sweetness.
YES, 6:46am its true I can feel their magic when they are together, I love to wacth them and it made me happy, but with other LL, since I'm not used of watching teleserye, I am not interested and no appeal to me, as if I'm just wasting my time, since I'm a busy working person. But with KIMERALD, I feel relax and enjoy what I'm doing. Go......go.....KIMERALD !!!
