Gerald Anderson says Kim Chiu has no reason to feel jealous towards his new ‘ladies’

Gerald Anderson and the rest of the cast of Agimat Presents Tiagong Akyat finally sat down for a press conference last night, July 30, at the ABS-CBN compound. Since this is his first project without his primetime princess Kim Chiu, many were curious how it feels to be on his own this time around. As it was they’ve been inseparable ever since they entered show business three years ago. “Isang malaking karangalan para sa akin na isa ako sa pinili na gumanap na Tiagong Akyat. Para ito sa individual growth namin ni Kim dahil lahat naman ng projects magkasama kami. Pero hindi ibig sabihin hindi na kami magkakatrabaho ulit. Actually meron silang (ABS-CBN management) niluluto pa lang na project na magkasama kaming dalawa ulit,” he revealed.

It turned out that his new leading ladies would be Erich Gonzales, whom he already worked with in his first teleserye Sana Maulit Muli and Maxene Eigenmann who instantly jived with Gerald because of her refreshing personality “Si Erich yung ka-love triangle namin ni Kim dun ’di ba? So magaan yung working relationship namin ngayon. Masarap siya kasama sa set dahil professional si Erich. With Max hindi pa kaminagtaping na magkasama. Pero kahit na mukhang sosyal masarap kasama yun. Of course naninibago pa ako kasi kumbaga first time ko talaga na hindi si Kim ang ka-kissing scene. Pero kumbaga meron din naman siyang ginagawang ibang project na hindi ako kasama,” he stressed.

Since Kim could trust her good friend Erich not to take Gerald away from him, ABS-CBN.com asked him if she would have reason to feel jealous towards Maxene instead. But apparently, Gerald already assured his number one leading lady about the real deal about his Agimat co-star. “Ah hindi naman! Sinabi ko naman kay Kim na iba din si Maxene, sobrang bait. Kim and Erich are very close to each other, magkaibigan talaga sila so kumbaga mas at ease ako dahil dun.” The young heartthrob was pretty confident though that Kimerald fans would still be supportive of him and Kim in spite of their individual endevours. “Alam ko naman na magre-react sila pero at the same time alam ko din na mahal nila kami ni Kim. They loved us when we’re together pero sana kahit na may sariling projects na kami they’ll support us. I know they will,” he beamed.

A lot of people were also surprised to see Gerald’s muscular build these days and that’s thanks to his rigid physical training both for Tayong Dalawa and Agimat. The teaser for his latest show proved to be a revelation, however, because Gerald was practically flying with the kind of wall-climbing stunts that he did. “Sarap gawin nun kasi nung bata pa lang ako ang sarap panoorin si Jackie Chan at Jet Lee. Sobrang pangarap ko yun noon and in a way nagagawa ko na yung ginagawa nila as Tiagong Akyat.” When asked if he would be having a body double for the other stunts, Gerald was quick to say no. “Actually na-pack up kami ng maaga kaya hindi ko nagawa yung isang stunt kanina. Yung tatalon ako from a two-storey building to a truck. Siyempre ayoko naman magpa-double kasi gusto ko rin gawin e. But so far yung pinakamahirap na ginawa ko yung training namin sa Luneta, yung tinalon ko yung napakalayaong agwat from point A to point B,” he proudly stated.

I just hope, things will remain tha same sa next movie nila.I'm sure maraming na tu-turn off na mga Kimerald fans ngayon. ABS-CBN you've just made a wrong move ! You broke the magic spell!!

abs-cbn sinisira ninyo ang momentum ng lakas ng loveteam ni Kim and Gerald. Imbes na ituloy tuloy ninyo ang lakas ng loveteam nila, eh pinahihina ninyo. Ewan kung ano talaga ang intention ninyo.

Everybody knows mahal Kayong dalawa Kim and Gerald ng mga fans! Pero hindi namin ma attempt na iba ang pair ninyo at this time! Nagsisimula pa lang kayo at bubuwagin na! It's okey to separate later na mayron na kayong nakuhang award as an actor or as an actress! Hindi pa kami kuntentong mga fans sa pagsasamahan ninyo!

I don't understand ABS! What are you doing! May nilulutong movie daw! Pampalubag loob! Alam na namin kung ano yan. Isali or I-add si Gerald as cameo role doon sa I love you good bye na ang mga main roles ay Gabby Conception, Angelica at Derek, upang mag-attract ng kimerald fans at hindi magflop! Hindi kami susuporta diyan!

We support only Kimerald tandem as leading role! Kung susuportahan natin ang separate role nila as of this time! That's the beginning na ihiwalay na talaga sila. Then the movie with Gerald and Sara will start! and Kim with Enchong!

So Kimerald fans we should react now! Binalaan na natin ang ABS, pero hindi nila tayo pina kinggan!

Blessing in disguise na hindi isinama si Kim sa teleseryeng yan at may reason akong hindi panoorin! I can't imagine my children viewing that kund of teleserye! i don't want my children to view nang malalaswang scenes sa mga idol nila! Binalaan na natin ang ABS na dapat Gerald should be wholesome dahil iniidolo sila ng mga anak natin! But ABS did not listen!

Baka isipin ng mga anak natin na okey lang ang magnakaw at may kabit!! Nakakadiring isipin na panoorin yan!

Sorry Gerald solid Kimerald ako! I love you both but i don't like that teleserye kahit i-publicize pa ninyo ng todo yan! Kahit gamitin pa ninyo si Kim dyan sa publicity ninyo! Hindi talaga ako susuporta diyan! Gerald na wholesome ang hinahangaan ko!

I think mga friends its about time na bigyan natin sila ng chance to prove themselves alone without their partner. Even na masakit din for me ang ginawa ng ABS CBN, wla naman tayong magawa dahil sila parin ang masusunod. I just hope that Gerald will not change and he should remain faithful and loyal to Kim. Nababantayan naman natin ang bawat kilos nila diba. Well Gerald ingat lang dahil we don't want Kim to be hurt by anyone even you. We love both of you, so please don't change.

I love you Ge and Kim at bilang tagahanga ninyo susuportahan ko ang mga proyekto ninyong hindi magkasama. I know Gerald loves Kim and he's his only girl and I know Kim feel's the same way. kaya sa iyo Ge patunayan mo sa madla na ikaw ang bagong action king . Huwag ka sanang magbabago at sana biyayaan ka at si Kim lalo sa inyong propesyon . Sana ang espesyal ninyong pagtitinginan sa isa't-isa ay lalong lumakas at tumibay . Just trust and believe in each other at lahat nang intriga, paninira sa inyong dalawa ay hindi magtatagumpay. KIMERALD in love forever.

Even though im a big kimerald fan, i believe gerald worked really hard for this show, and so he deserves our support, even tho kim is not his leading lady. anyways, at the end of the day, it is still kim who is in his heart.

although it might be painful, we should still support their individual projects, because without the continued support of us fans, who knows what will happen to the careers of our idols. we need to give them the opportunity to prove themselves as individual actors, that they don't have to be attached at the hip to be successful.

Why can't ABS accept that Kim and Gerald sucess has been attained through their loveteam! It's too early to separate them!

I'm sorry hindi ako manhid I'm just being real! Hindi ako mag-eenjoy! So why should I view it!

For me Ge without KIm or Kim without Ge is not worth viewing for!
