What’s inside Kim Chiu’s Chanel bag?

Kim Chiu was taken by surprise at Tayong Dalawa’s victory party when Showbiz News Ngayon asked her if they can do a bag raid of her black Chanel hand bag. The pretty Tayong Dalawa star, who was sitting beside ka-love team Gerald Anderson that night, revealed that it is the first expensive bag that she bought for herself. “Pinaghirapan ko ito’ng bag na ito, isa siyang Chanel bag, ito yung unang-unang mamahaling bag na nabili ko. Ay, huwag na magtanong kung magakano. Grabe hindi ko ito napaghandaan ah,” said Kim who was obviously not used to flaunting her stuff. She happened to have a cheque book on hand to pay for her big expenses. “Kasi kapag wala ako’ng cash ito yung binabayad ko.”

There’s also a Louis Vuitton kikay kit given to her by a certain doctor. There she has everything she needs for a quick retouch wherever her busy schedule brings her. “Ang laman nito face powder ko, mascara, pang-kilay, lip and cheek tint para fresh lang, at saka concealer at saka lipstick.” Long working hours comes with her job description so she also makes sure that she has her Nintendo DS to play with during taping days. “Kapag boring or walang magawa [ito yung nilalaro ko]. Sobra ang dami kong games dito, sobrang adik na adik ako. Para hindi ako antukin ito yung nilalaro ko forever— Cooking Mom, tsaka yung Brats,” she shared.

Kim also shyly revealed the stuff inside her wallet, which consisted mostly of shopping cards. “Nahihiya ako, beinte-beinte lang ang laman tapos hindi ko pa siya natutupi. Meron akong Makro ID, S&R ID, Sana Maulit Muli ID, driver’s license, Rustan’s ID, Bench discount card, ID sa ABS-CBN para makapasok ako, mayroon ding prayer kay Mama Mary, nagdadasal ako kapag kinakabahan ako, eto pa may picture kasama si Gerald.” She also showed the Nokia 5800 cell phone which happened to be Gerald’s gift to her last Christmas. “Ayan yung wallpaper ko color pink kasi yun ang favorite color ko,” she explained.

It came as a shock though when Kim discovered some colorful bra straps inside her Chanel bag. “Grabe nakakahiya, hindi ko alam kung bakit may strap ng bra dito,” she said laughing. She adds later that she has started a mini-bag collection to reward herself. “So ayun, nagko-collect na ako ng branded bags pero hindi naman masyadong marami, yung tama lang. Meron akongLV pero wala pa akong Hermes bag. Gusto ko rin magkaroon ng ganitong bag kaya ayun nagpabili ako sa friend ko, pang-teenager lang, pang-party,” she confessed.
