Gerald Anderson says he wakes up to thoughts of Kim

PBB Teen Edition Season One Big Winner Kim Chui is the first thing on the mind of her loveteam partner and fellow PBB Teen housemate Gerald Anderson when he wakes up.

Gerald made the revelation this Sunday on ABS-CBN's The Buzz after he was asked what he longs for the most nowadays. Actually, Gerald and Kim said they want the same thing: more time to sleep.

This is understandable especially now that both are very busy taping their new telenovela, the Pinoy version of the Korean light romantic series, "My Girl".

Gerald however added that while he desperately wants more sleep time, he definitely has Kim in mind upon regaining consciousness.

The young actor also admitted that he recently gave Kim a pink car as a gift. "Lagi niya sinasabi gusto niya magkaroon ng pink na car. So yun, since December pinagipunan ko," he said.

Gerald added that he thought of giving the car to Kim because he had already given her a lot of the other stuff, you know, flowers, jewelry, etc.

Kim however said that if her dad had his way, the car would be returned to Gerald--not because her dad doesn't like it, but because he thinks it is such an expensive gift and feels embarrassed about accepting it.

Still, Kim mentioned a valid point during the Buzz interview: what on Earth would Gerald do with the car if it is returned to him? How could he use it? It's pink!

Well the interview ended with Kim finally--and of course, happily--accepting the fact that she's stuck with the pink car.

"Thank you," she told Gerald.

Maganda ang feedback for My Girl na pinagbibidahan ni Kim Chiu sa ABS-CBN.

Nag-premiere ang My Girl nitong May 26 at hindi na-disappoint ang televiewers sa Pinoy version ng hit Korean soap opera na in-adopt ng ABS-CBN. Pumalo nang husto ang viewership ng My Girl mu-la nang umere ito.

Maganda ang feedback particularly sa acting ni Kim bilang Jasmine.

Hindi nagkamali ang ABS-CBN sa pagpili kay Kim sa role. Kahit ang execution ng mga eksena, well mounted din. Okey ang mga eksena ni Kim with Lito Pimentel. At ‘yung scene ni Gerald (Anderson) with Bing Loyzaga.

Mahusay din ang pagkakaganap ni K Brosas bilang villain. At kahit ang support cast, are all giving good performances.

At kung magtutuluy-tuloy ang magandang viewership ng My Girl, hindi malayong ma-dominate nito primetime television. Huwag na tayong magulat dahil everybody's talking about My Girl. Everybody loves Kim. At patuloy ang My Girl fever.

There couldn’t be anyone more fit to play the role of Jasmine than Kim Chiu in the Pinoy version of the Koreanovela, “My Girl.” In terms of who would be her partner or leading man, the role went to, who else, Gerard Anderson. They are, after all, the young loveteam to beat.

Proof of making it big as a loveteam is the success of the teleserye, “Sana Maulit Muli” which has been dubbed and shown in different languages. It was a big hit in Taiwan and soon to be shown in Cambodia and Vietnam. Definitely, they will be dubbed.

“My Girl” premiered last May 26, posting a rating of 28 percent to take the fifth position in the daytime race and, more importantly, topped all ABS-CBN programs.

Kim, umiyak sa pagiging sinungaling!

Wala tayong magagawa! Mahusay talaga si Kim Chiu at mukhang itinodo nito nang husto ang anumang mapipiga sa kanya sa Pinoy bersyon ng “My Girl” sa Dos. Natural na natural ang pagiging komedyante ng dalagang napaiyak sa press conference nila, sa pag-aakalang pini-pressure siya ng press na dahil sa inconsistent siya sa mga sagot niya sa mga interviews sa kanya eh, lumalabas na sinungaling siya.

Totoo nga ang kasabihang ‘pag ‘di ukol, ‘di bubukol.

Ang ini-enjoy ngayon ni Kim could have been Sandara Park’s project. But fate had it na ang tanghaling big winner sa Teen Edition ng “Pinoy Big Brother” eh, isang bagets na hindi lang talentado, kundi, karapat-dapat na idolohin, hindi lang ng mga Kimerald supporters nila ni Gerald (Anderson), kundi ng lahat ng kabataang naniniwala sa kagandahang-asal ng isang iidolohin nila.

Sabi nga ni Kim, hindi pa sila mag-syota ni Gerald. Pero ganun na lang kung ipagtanggol ng cute na bagets na ito ang kanyang ka-love team, na siya namang umaaming up to now, nanliligaw pa rin siya sa dalaga, in spite of mga tsikang may iba siyang pinopormahan.
Kaya nga naging isyu ang pagre-regalo daw ni Gerald ng sasakyan sa dalaga noong debut nito, eh.

Basta, ang alam namin-both of them are doing their assignments-not just making people laugh - but making people appreciate life - the ‘tira-tira’ way! Tira!
